With over 40 years of hands-on experience in the building trades, David has built a multifaceted career that spans construction, real estate, and scaffolding services, earning him deep respect in the industry and making him a cornerstone in the communities he proudly serves.
David founded AstraCape Buildings in the early 1980s, right in the heart of Texas, fueled by a relentless work ethic and a firm belief in doing things the right way. What began as a small residential construction company has since grown into a full-service building firm known for its craftsmanship, integrity, and enduring client relationships. Under David’s leadership, AstraCape Buildings has successfully completed hundreds of projects—from custom homes and renovations to large-scale commercial developments—each one guided by attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Recognizing the evolving needs of the industry, David expanded the company to include a specialized division: AstraCape Scaffolding Services. This branch delivers cutting-edge scaffolding systems to contractors across Texas, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and structural precision. It has become a trusted support partner on job sites of all sizes.
David’s passion for real estate also led him to branch into residential property sales and development. With a sharp eye for opportunity and a hands-on approach to improvement, he has helped countless families find high-quality homes—whether through renovation, new construction, or personalized buying guidance.
